on my 1960 75hp johny, when your in the boat. on the left side of the carb there is a automatic choke thing, with three vac/fuel line hook ups on it. on top there is one, on the bottom there is two. their are three screws that adjust the rich and lean on it by loseining them and turning the unit to the left or right. anyway on my motor itis not hooked up at all. what is this thing? what does it do? could this effect the performance of the motor? and if so how do i hook it back up?
