johnson chargeing and help with model

70 hp johnson. numbers i found are 70el79a o5113481.i need to know the year and does this motor have a chargeing system.thanks jason

or what rpm is it supposto charge at.the wire is missing and i got a metor and i cant find 14 volts anywhere.where do start.

The yellow wires go from the stator to the rectifier. It is AC going into the rectifier and DC coming out. It will charge at idle.
