Johnson Cross Flow Vs Yahama Loop Charge

I have a 115 Johnson cross flow which i rebuilt 4 years ago. It runnning fine at the present time , but I am thinking or replacing it with a 90 hp yahama loop charge.
How will the preformance of the Yahama compare to the preformance of the Johnson

What are you looking for? What makes you want to replace the 115?

If you want real torque, I would look into the Johnny Looper.

Many flats water fisherman here in the Fl.Keys converted from crossflow 4 cylinder omc engines to the 90 hp yamaha's with alot of positive feedback.

I don't think you will get any kind of good advice unless you tell us what you have and what you are comparing it to. Is your 115 from 1973 or 1998?
