Your FD-13 is a 1959 model, and requires a 24:1 mix.

You got a race boat or a barge? If the answer is no, then the stock factory prop will be fine on the great majority of boats it would be expected to be used on. If you still insist on getting the best possible tweaking you have to test run it with expected load, with a tachometer and accurate speedometer (GPS).
