Johnson firing trouble

I have a 1999 Johnson 25 hp 3 cylinder. It started out quiting on me sometimes after running for about 30 to 45 mins. I have been running it on the hose and it started loosing fire on #2 cylinder. Then it lost fire on all 3 cylinders. Checked power going into all 3 coil packs (none). Checked power at the rectifier (12 volts) checked power coming out of rectifier (12 volts and no amps) no amps maybe normal I don't know. Checked power going in to coil pack no constant power on any wires from stator but will build power when engine is turning over but no power coming out of power pack.

I inherited my Pops 1997 30 hp Johnson and 16 ft Grumman. The motor hasn't ran for 4 years. I put new plugs in it, changed the gas (50:1 mixture). Won't fire up. Could the spark plug gap be wrong .. what should it be ?
