johnson golden meteor 100hp help

Hello all, I am new here and to boating. I need some help with a wiring issue on my boat and motor.

I recently bought a 17.5 foot boat and it came with a johnson golden meteor 100 hp, model number v4tl-13a. I got a great deal on the boat becasue someone stole the controls and tried to steal the motor.. So they cut the wiring harness at the motor and stole the controls and whatever wiring was with them. Where can i find a diagram for the motor? and what about controls? any one have any ideas where i can find some controls for this motor? are they specific to the motor? or will they interchange?

get a repair manual... will save you a lot of time and agony....

controls? iboats.com ... you probbly can get the cables also... johnson cables are made specific for johnson motors just make sure you get either the post 1979 or the pre-1979 year... you never specified what year motor you have..

Oh yea, as for the year :) i think it may be a 69? the serial number ends in 69 so its really just a guess? where would i find a manual at??
