Johnson Heads

1994 150 Johnson Fast Strike, my son blew this motor, #2 cyl starboard side, my son took it to a dealer who said 1992 to 1996 had a head problem due to the factory mold they used to make the heads. Has any one heard of this?

Your son needs to find a new dealer. There were no issues with the cylinder heads. There was an issue with some powerheads (block) but it had to do with #1 cylinder not #3.
