johnson model number

hi everyone. i just bought a 15' aluminum boat package and it has a johnson seahorse 25HP tiller on it. the model number is J25TCEND. does anyone out there know what year this motor would be or where i can find out. thanks.

J25TCEND..... The EN within that model number indicates the year to be 1992.

i don't think it's a 92 but i could be wrong. looks older.

Sorry, the close possible ID letters so close together threw me off momentarily. The year model number within is the "CE" which would indicate a 1989 model, not the "EN" (1992)

no joe, i am sorry i wrote the wrong model number. it's J25TECNB. I googled it and it says the motor is a 1982. do you think it could be an 82?

Yes, model number J25TECNB is deffinitely a 1982 25hp Johnson.
