Johnson Seahorse 35 (Year?)

I can't seem to figure out what year my motor is. I found a number stamped onto the top of the engine underneath what looks like a Sea horse, the number is 1839011. There's another number stamped to the side of the motor next to two rubber hoses and that number is 314941. I'm sure I'm not looking in the right place, maybe someone could help me.
