Okay. 1991 Johnson 25 hp. Model Number TJ25ELID...Started before i changed this valve. Reason i change it because it was cracked and would spit gas... Help me out!

Did you try to load a pic? I have no idea what part you're speaking of.

I think he's talking about the primer solenoid with the red lever and cap on top. Go to shop.evinrude.com and look under intake manifold for the exploded parts diagram. 29 is the solenoid gasket , 32 is the lever and valve assembly and 34 is the o-ring.

depends on the primer he has. electric start has electric primer, recoil start, has a pump primer.

not nearly enough info, to give advice.

Sure there is:

Model Number TJ25ELID

E designates electric start.

Yea, BK got it right..electric start 25hp. this service valve is connected to a solenoid..
