Johnson/Suzuki Four Stroke 140

I understand that these two motors are the same. I have even looked at the spec sheets on them and they have the same displacement, same final drive ratio, etc. However, Suzuki claims weight at 410 lbs. and the Johnson (depending on model) is 417 to 425 lbs. What makes up the difference in weight if they are the same motor?<br /><br />Knightgang
