Johnson trim/tilt cylinder repair

I have 1991 Johnson70HP OB, I have a leak in the tilt cylinder or cylinders, not sure.
Has anyone repaired theses cylinders, how difficult is it and do I need any special tools /equipment?

You'll need a spanner wrench for sure. A factory service manual would be the next tool I'd get for the job. See this website: outboardbooks.com
