JohnsonRude 88 / 110 parts swap

backstory: had a 1989 88 Evinrude SPL, swapped in a 1986 J110TLCDF 110 head and used the 88 stator, timer base, coils etc.

ran great.

fast forward one year.

believing current power pack is erratic and I have a spare used power pack CDI #113-4030.

iboats parts shows the 113-4028 is often used...

Does anyone know if I can use the 113-4030 pack instead? In some cases I see it is used.
