My 96 fast strike doesnt seem to be charging my battery and my tach is reading 1000 rpm higher than It should and my horn self test doesnt beep when I turn the key. Just had this motor rebuilt over the winter. It did self test for a couple of trips to the lake but now nothing. Whats happening?
