Just be sure you don't get killed from a jumping stingray like the lady in FL.

Stingrays have been making a bad name for themselves lately. I personally think that stingrays are just trying to get girls, and have figured out that chicks dig bad boys.

i'll have to agree, them jumping fish are funny. however, as they become more invasive, the less funny i think they are..... last i read these nasty fish were up the missouri river to where it intersects with the platte river.... i launch 5 miles up from the intersection point. i'm not lookin forward to hitting them fish when i'm cruiseing. i've read about folks gettin hurt with the fish too. + i hear their soft and explode on impact with a vessel. sounds messy to me.... least the rays are not an invasive, imported speicies.....

They also make great garden fertilizer, so if you do run into them, take as many as you can and fertilize your garden with them.

I didn't pay attention to what they were but if they are the asian carp that have invaded rivers in the US, I have never heard anything about them exploding. I have seen video of the larger ones hitting people and those defintely don't "explode" - they whack the heck out of the people in the boat!
