Just about to bid on Yam F50, any stock faults or vices?

Hi Guys,<br /><br />I,m off to do a comp test and kick a 7 year old Yam about before I think about buying it. Apart from all the fundamentals does this lump have any traits or vices, and also when I look at the lower unit does it have a magnetic drain plug like the mercs,(looking for evidence of lower unit wear). Is this the same 4 cylinder block that Merc use.<br /><br />Regards Keith B....

check this unit for warranty (sn.& model to dealer)as they were famous for breaking crankshafts. good other than that.
