Just bought 1982 RENKEN Need information.. anything helpful

The boat has a 2.5 4 cylinder engine in it. Wondering if this was a GM motor?
I need to wire up the trim switch, anybody have a wire color identification?
Wondering what engine oil to put in it 10w-30?
Also wondering how many rated HP?

I have a 1982 Renken 2.5 4 cylinder. It is an OMC with 120 Horsepower and it is a GM engine. It says this on the top valve cover. I only have tilt so I cannot help you with the Trim question. I just changed oil and used a FRAM PH 30 filter and Penzoil 30W oil. I just changed spark plugs and put in NGK BR6FS plugs. My 50 amp glass fuse for the tilt motor was out so I put in another 50 AMP circuit breaker type fuse. I was really having trouble locating 50 AMP glass type fuses. Hope this helps. - - Renkenowner
