Just bought a 1998 Premier Majestic 210 with a mercury 115 motor. Most everything is in excellent condition, execpt for the toons! They are all dull and grungy!! Can somone tell me the easiest way to clean and polish them up, that wont take a gazillion hours to do?

Depends on how bad they are, my grungy my not be that bad to you. There are lost of cleaners you can use, post a picture and we can see how bad. I use cleaners on mine but still had a waterline no matter what I used, even took it to a wash that does tractor trailers and that was the best but there was still a line there. Wet sanded the toons down and no more lines, took me 2 days

571,
It's on a trailer, right? Use something like Simple Green and give them a good scrubbing to get the surface grunge off. Then go to an A/C supply and get a jug of the acid A/C guys use to clean coils and apply as evenly as possible and follow directions , wear gloves, it's acidic. Rince good and then sand if you want a better look. Treker is right though, you'll probaly never get the water lines out.

In all reality, you don't want the "lines" removed. What you are looking at is how aluminum protects itself from corrosion. But, it does not look that nice.

well I ended up using The Works bowl cleaner. I only did it to about a 2 foot section, it took all the scum and stuff off, but now the toon looks rusty and brown.. It looks worse now! So glad I didnt do the entire toon...what now?
