Just bought a new 21.5 ft boat and decided to go with

a carbed 150 yamaha over the 4 stroke 150. was this a good choice, i know the world seems to be going 4 stroke but i'm still not sold. also any advice on where to find mounting brackets to flush mount a JBL waterproof stereo receiver? looking all over the place and i'm not sure how i'm going to get if flush mounted through my center console.

awesome, since it is a carbed one though should i expect it to be an 06 model? i'm not sure when they stopped production on the carb models.

Great engine,I had a pair of '89 200's that I ran hard in salt water and never flushed them in 3 years with 0 problems.The last I heard they were still going strong,18yrs in salt water says alot!

About the JBL try google? Haha. I know it sounds obvious but I found ALOT of stuff that I thought Id never found.

Ive found if you are only going to use two speakers on a center console,mounting them onto center console facing the gunwal plus below the gunwal radiates the sound much better.
