Just bought a suzuki DF90 and it doen't pee for 10-15 seconds after engine starts?

Is this normal. I just bought this boat and motor used with 67 hours. When i start the motor it doesn't pee water from the tell tale for 10-15 seconds, is my water pump ok? Is this normal for this type of motor, I have only owned 2 strokes prior to this and sometime they took a few seconds to pee.

It's normal, I have a 2004 DF 90 and I don't get the tell tale until the motor warms up, about 20 seconds.
