Just got RF cell tower internship(?) job, need cram course!

Working on cell tower upgrades for the last week, never done it before, NOW they expect me to know it all???? I have study sheets, on Alpha, Beta, Gamma sectors and positions, know coax, know diversity, and some about diplexing, duplexing. I need a cram course in addition to study packet! What do I really need to know more of???!!! We are upgrading former Tmobile. AT&T sites for Cingular, adding 850 and 1900 Ericcson units. HELP!!! <br />P.S. I KNOW I can keep learning this, not that hard, just need some clarification.
