<br /><br />The Brown place is owned by a little old lady,.. Mrs. Brown,.... She fell down a couple months ago,+ Couldn't Get Up...... <br />The Only time I've even lain eyes on her was as they took her out on a gurney.....<br />She now resides in a county nursing home,+ her POA is selling me her place..... <br /><br />I'm hoping to Hoe Out the place,+ Run thru it with 20 Gallons of Drywall Mud,+ 10 Gallons of Paint in the next couple of weeks,.....<br />Hopefully it'll be a Rentable 1 or 2 bedroom house on the water in Chaumont village by the 1st of the year,..... <br />1st of Feburary is More Likely........Gotta get a Renter into it for the Ca$h Flow$.......<br />Gonna take a Real Tolerant type of person thou....Especially with Me nextdoor....

I can see the Brown place being Jacked up to the same Elevated Grade as the Lemon place is headed now......<br />That would give me a Patio/ Deck area about 66'X 35' deep of Concrete, about 1/2 being covered by the buildings,+ a boatslip in the middle........<br /><br />I'm going to Unsubdivide the Deeds,+ return it to a Single Lot,... More for Tax purposes.... I can only get a Homestead Exemption on 1 homestead,.... Imagine That,....<br />But,....<br />I see it staying as a rentable "Guest Cottage",.......<br />'Matter fact,... I see a "Guest Cottage" above the 3 bay Garage that I've gotta put up by the street too........
