Just picked up a johnson 3hp maybe? Need help with ID

Picked it up but no model or serial tag. This number is stamped on the round cap inside on motor. E2643026. Can anyone ID from that. It looks similar to a 62 3 hp evinrude I have but seems to have a much heavier lower unit. Thanks, Mettyfish
