As some of you know, I installed a new floor in my Starcraft this winter and covered it all with interlux interdeck. The more time I spend in the boat the more I really like this stuff. Last weekend was the kicker. My fishing partner, in his infinite wisdom, decided to bleed out a halibut IN THE BOAT. Halibut blood was freakin' everywhere. Two buckets of water later it was ALL gone (five buckets later and it was out of the bilge). The little bits I missed in the corners baked in pretty good over the course of the day. Back at the dock, 5 minutes and a wet rag cleaned up the hidden bits of baked-in gore. (The spatters up on the rustoleum finished side panels took significantly more work to get out, but they eventually came clean.)
So far, this stuff has far exceeded my expectations. And no, I don't work for interlux.
I may be swapping out my fishing partner though.
