Just wanted to say thanks to the experts!

Several months ago I started a thread concerning purchasing a new 4 stroke 20hp over a heavier 4 st 25. I was replacing an older 25 hp Evinrude than runs great but no longer trusted. I just wanted to tell everyone that my new 20 hp merc is actually faster by 3 mph than the old Evinrude. 32 mph on my Tracker 1542 flatbottom!!! Again thanks to those that helped me make my decision!

Not the expert and didn't help you resolve your issue, but feedback is very important to those who try to help. Makes them feel good and reinforces their feelings about their positions on things that matter to others.

Amen, Mark...these folks provide their wisdom for what can only be a true love of boating and the desire to pass it forward to others. I've lurked enough to know that you are among them.

So, I'll join in the thanks....BTW, doesn't someone have a "group hug"? It would look good in this thread
