I used your brine on a beer can chicken and wild turkey breast.the only thing different i did was added some cayanee peper to it.let the chicken set for 2 days in it.talking about good it was great.the turkey breast was moist for wild turkey but i cooked it about 5 minutes to long.still tasty.thanks for the receipt.
