hi i am currently having troubles gettin my thortle cable and shift cables positioned correctly. i have them so they engage gears but i cant go full throttle and i have to alternate shift lever and idle lever to increase speed i would geuss i get maybe 20hp max out of it at this moment any ideas on where my issue lies thanks in advance for any input
