Anyone out there ever hear of a Kennedy Boat?
Where are they made? How old would they be?
Are they any good?
This boat is about 16 or 17 long and has a 85 Johnson on the back.
It looks old but in excellent condition.
Any idea what something like that shoudl sell for in Ontario?
Thanks for any help you may be able give me

Re: Kennedy Boats

I used to drag race aginst a guy who had a Kennedy Craft. It was a typical 15' - 16' ski boat looking deal. Very similar looking to a Hydrostream. Cant tell you much else -- he was always behind me but it seemed to handle OK.

I know thats not much help but good luck anyway!

Re: Kennedy Boats

I used to have a cottage on Chandos Lake and my neighbour had a 16' Kennedy. It was okay but more similar to a small J Craft or a Sidewinder than a Hydrostream. Seemed to be a good boat for him as he owned it for about eight years. Nothing fancy interior wise though but I cannot say if all were like that. I skied behind it a few times and the wake was pretty small. It didn't really like rough water but then again not many 16' speedboats do. Good luck.
