Key largo back country fishing

Im in key largo and just got my little 14 foot fiberglass boat running and was wondering if anyone knew where some of the good fishing was and any techniques or tips. Im used to running offshore not back country. Im right on lake surprise. Thanks

HAHA. I love it down here. I wish that I was here seven days a week. Maybe soon. For now its just the weekends. Its good to live an hours drive from your friend who lives there.

you don't have to go far, get some live shrimp and look for shallow sandy flats. Get out and quietly look for any signs of fish tailing and cast out in front of them 20' or so, and you will get an introduction to bonefishing.
