Kicker Tiller Extension Recommendations

What is the best tiller extension for a small outboard on the market? I need one for my 5HP kicker motor. I am looking for one with a u-joint...Also, is there any product that can decrease the steering travel on the extension so I dont have to walk to the other side of the boat to turn sharply?

I will likely tie the kicker to the main motor in the future, but want to try out an extension first.

I don't remember what brand mine is, but it is available at most boating sites.
It has the u-joint and is extendable. I don't use it any more, as I no longer have a kicker on the boat. I didn't like using it very much anyway.

The u-joint allows you to get full motor rotation without moving/reaching too far.
It helps to loosen up the steering tension on your motor's swivel head.
But then you have to keep your hand on it.
Kind of hard to make throttle changes when you have the motor turned very far, so make throttle changes before turning to extremes.
