Kill Switch

Just bought a used boat and the kill switch does not work. Anybody know where this hooks up to? 16' Monark open bow 90 hp Evinrude out board.

If the motor is earlier than 1996, the wires will connect to the "M" posts on the ignition switch. Depending on the type of remote control, the wiring of the ignition switch will be as shown here: http://www.maxrules.com/graphics/omc_pics/REMCONTBOX.jpg
