Another question for all boaters out there. My shifter is very tight coming out of forward gear into neutral. Works fine from reverse. I did update the ignition from points to Pertronix soild state ignition, so I had to make this little circuit with some resistors and one way diods for the shift interupter. Worked fine for a while, than the shifter started acting up. Cable adjustment?? Works nice and smooth when in gear(forward or reverse). Interupter seems to be working fine also. It drops 4? cylinders while shifting. But very stiff coming out of forward.Thanx.
