King Cobra 5.7 Droppin and pickin up cylinders

Ideas on what would cause my omc king cobra 5.7 to drop and pick up cylinders? At low or idle causing the motor to choke out unless I give it gas. At running speed it's less noticeable yet still there can feel when the power picks up and drops off .

Once choked out I have to pump gas and hold the throttle wide open to restart

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.... Start with examinin' the contents of the fuel filter, for anything but clean fresh gasoline,....

Or perhaps your ESA module it sticking on when it shouldn’t

I found that it needed a tune up and doesn't like street gas. Thanks
