My outdrive will tilt down about 2 inchs then the pump begins to squall. The pump works fine when reversing to tilt up. I have added oil,(oil level was low) checked solenoids, removed one ram,( it wouldn't move down when disconnected). I went so far as to remove both hydraulic supply hoses and the drive still wont drop. The manual release to drop won't work either. Really an odd situation. Worked last weekend just fine. Any one have some advice? I want to play on the 4th.
