After replacing kingpin and installing midsection and lower cowling I ran into a problem. I have a manual but it doesnt include any instructions on kingpin replacement. And the breakdown isnt any help. The breakdown shows a washer and nut on the kingpin. Problem i have is the washer is nylon. It doesnt seem to fit between the engine mount above or below it. However hours after I called it quits ,I think i know where it goes. I have a picture I will show. I think it goes under the cowling between the cowling and tilt bracket. Plus does anyone know the torque valuer for the nut on the kingpin.
