kingpin / swivel bracket removal

Hey I couldn't find any instruction on here or in my clymer on how to remove the swivel bracket from the motor. I've come to the conclusion that mine needs some cleaning up steering has gotten very stiff---I have a brand new rotary helm and cable too.
