gea <br />If you're asking what the compression should be, it should be at least 100 PSI on a healthy engine and each cylinder should read within 10% of each other. 90PSI is low. Try decarbonizing the engine and see if the reading come up. What are the readings on the other cylinders? You can use OMC engine tuner or other decarb products, available at a auto parts store. This type is injected directly into the cabureator when running. Follow the instructions on Can. Spray into each carburetor while running after engine is up to temp, about 1/2 can in each carb. Let it sit for the specified amout of time on the can and then start it back up. It will smoke like crazy, so be prepared. Might take care of your low compression!
