a strange prob...at speeds up to 4600rpm i got 30psi cooling pressure but over that it drops to 0....cant get it back until i slow down to 3000rpm and boat almost goes off plane...at speed the ventilation plate skims the water so it shoud not be to high...at speed of 35 mph it shoud almost "self feed" itself w water???and after a short time the temp climbes so it must lack volume of water also...rewing i neutral gives steady pressure also when accelrating up to boat gets aproxx 30-35 mph..any ideas please??

Some of the Suzukis have a high water pickup in front of the trim tab. It is possible that the high water pickup is sucking air. Tape it off and see if it helps, if so you may need to adjust your trim or engine height.

i have sealed that intake..is there a "pressure valve"or somthing that can make a "blowby" before the engine, or is the pressure so high that the thermostate is forced open but then it shoud cool enough...

check the water tube from the sub water(just in front of the trim tab) intake to the pump. if it leaks or is missing you will get a loss of water pressure on plane as the pump will become airbound and quit pumping water.
