i need a shifter switch for a 1970 85hp johnson motor...if someone could tell me where to find one ,or what to replace it with it would be very helpfull or some information on how to bypass the switch with toggle switches...please feel free to e-mail me at shayla1218@hotmail.com

72099 or 72100 Cole Hersee headlight switches could be wired to give:<br /><br />>pushed in = forward<br />>pulled out one position = neutral<br />>pulled out two positions = reverse<br /><br />with a little wiring, one could even have it only crank in neutral.....
