Laguna Bay Hot Tub not heating

I noticed my hot tub heater stopped working. I checked the circuit board and the connection looks fine. Can someone help me diagnose this? I get an error code: ECP which means "Water Flow Error." The advice is to "remove debris. Make sure the slice valves are locked in the "UP" position. Clean or replace the filter." I did all that and nothing. Thanks!

Most hot tubs have a water pressure sensor in front of the heater. If the sensor goes out the heater will not turn on because it doesn't know if the water is flowing. Most cases its around a 2 to 3 psi switch. Mine looked similar to this

Also to test you can short across the switch with a jumper to see if that clears the issue
