I require your help and wisdom, please!
So, the patient: Laguna Spa hot tub, a couple of weeks ago abruptly stopped working. The display shows an error "EP" (see the attached photo). After restarting the hot tub, it works for about 1-5 mins and then the same error re-appears again and after that, the hot tub stops working entirely (it also stops heating up water).
If it is any help, the heater is 220V 4 KW (430-0047) and the display panel is KL8-Topside (430-0121).
Do you know what might cause such an error? I called in local engineers and they are at loss. Any help/advice would be highly appreciated!
