Lake Mead - Campgrounds

Does anyone have any experience with the Boulder Bay campground at Lake Mead in December/January? Is it as busy as it is during the summer? Any recommendations for other campgrounds that are large enough for truck and boat? Preferably on the west end near Boulder Bay or Calville Bay...

If it is still the same I have not been there in 15 yrs. but was nice they did not allow any tent camping. You could sleep in the camper motor home or the boat but could not pitch a tent. It did keep the rip raft out but it has been a long time plus at that time I was younger would get up at 5:30 a.m. and a friend and his wife would pull me on the ski water was glass sweet.
