So there is a small party cove on RR does anyone here hang out there ? there is also two State Parks and a few small islands to hang out on and jet ski from etc......have a few friends with Camping Trailers who go out and we have the boat....they cook we take people out on boat.hang out with them in the evening around the camp fire....it is all GOOD.....one has a jet ski etc.....could use a friend with a ski boat (hint hint)

I am currently docked at the Marina and am generally there Sat Sun and often once or twice during the week.

Typically on water at least Sat or Sun......although I am fighting some fuel issues boat still runs and I at least will get out and float if nothing else.......I have been known to paddle out just to be on the water......anyhow

Anyone going to be on Ray Roberts this weekend?

Was just at Ray Roberts this past Sunday, Father in Law wanted to get the pontoon out.

Don't know if we'll get either boat out this weekend, Last I checked there was rain slated for Sunday.

Windy but, a good weekend.....hung out at party cove on Saturday there were five boats there so not much of party....stuck my toes in the water....still a bit cold for me but, there were kids jumping off the top of a pontoon having a blast.....Saturday was a short day mostly stayed in the marina.....boat is still not running right and I still need to get a fuel pressure gauge to do some more troubleshooting but, she ran good enough for the day.....

Haven't been able to make it back to ray roberts, maybe one weekend soon, have to get feeling better first.

Would be interesting to have an iboats meetup at ray roberts sometime this summer.

I am going to keep posting figure eventually someone will show up :) was out Sat and Sun.....I am paying for it today....Sunday seemed to have more people but, I got out late (after 4) on Saturday so I am guessing the fun had died off some

Very windy last weekend but, as usual the cove was nice and had lots of people hanging and enjoying the day....had a storm last night so I had to run out and make sure things looked good so here are a couple morning shots.....get people thinking about the weekend

I think I will be in party cove both Sat and Sun this week.....at least that is my current plan

Few more weeks and I'll be back in action. Changing the 35 horse motor to a 50 and dealing with the issues that go along with that. I'll probably launch the re-power at Ray Roberts, less trees to deal with than Lake ray Hubbard down here.

Think we're headed that way Sunday evening. Had a good test run of my new motor a few days ago, just gotta tweak the setup a little. If you see an old blue runabout, with a camoflauge motor, that's me.
