Lake Tillery or High Rock, NC - Camping Tomorrow

Does anyone knows a good inexpensive campground close to lake Tillery or High Rock? I have a few options for the weekends. My big 2 options are High Rock and then Lake Tillery. It might come down to the campground. Trying not to pay over $20 a day. Might stay until Monday, not sure yet....

High Rock Campground is out as It does not have primitive. I want to camp in my tent. It will be 3 people and my boat (the boat is sleeping outside of the tent).

I saw Morrow Mountain State Park but it looks too far from the lake even thought they advertise a ramp... Any info here is also welcome.

Any information will be appreciated.

We end up going to Lake Tillery and staying in Morrow Mountain State Park. That is a nice park with nice facilities. They even have a small store next to the ramp that has a few things including ice. I believe they also have kayak or canoe rentals.
I would have expected a bit more from the ramp but it was appropiate. The only problem I really had was that is open in the channel so you get the wake from all those boats. I also found one marina with a few things, gas was $7.+ for regular and 11+ for premium. I will try to post a few pictures. Im out for now!!!
