Can anyone recommend a great spot to take the boat and spend 4th July in Seattle, maybe see some fireworks, too? Thanks!

Re: Lakes and fireworks for 4th July

I don't know the Seattle area for fireworks, but I know that my local marina has a website that advertises fireworks on the 4th of July. Check the websites of the marinas in your area and see if they have some type of events calendar. That is how I discovered fireworks at the lake near me. We have done the 4th of July fireworks at my local lake for 3 straight years and it is a lot of fun on the water. The only problem is there are a lot of boats on the water, and the ramp is really busy for about 3 straight hours. We just bring extra water and food and allow the ramp traffic to die down. I end up getting home around 2 a.m., but it is still a lot of fun.

I had luck calling our Chamber of Commerce. They told which park at the local lake usually does fireworks.
