Laptop GPS and marine charts

I use microsoft Streets and Trips, which comes with a GPS antenna for the Laptop. Does anyone know if there are marine chart applications that I can run on my LT now that I have a GPS antenna that plugs directly into my LT?

I use two pieces of software which work together Maptech provides the charts which come with chart plotter software. I also use memory map which allows you to download the same charts to a Pocket PC pda, so you can have them available in the cockpit as well as at the chart table. There is other software for other types of charts, but none of the charts come cheap!

I think the MapTech charts are $400.
