Hi Larson owners, any one out there with a simular boat that has a EVC display unit fitted like I have. My unit display stopped working and got a quote from the Volvo dealers in Australia and was quoted $4000.- to replace it. I Googled it and had no way to repalce it any cheaper most of the American sight that I contacted or Larson Dealers did not respond.
I left it for some time and then one day found this dight in England and they had the unit in stock and it was send air freight and it was in Australia within 4 days, at a total cost A$550,- including full wirring harness and a plastic cover to keep the sun of it. At the same place they had a brand new D6 Volvo complete engine in the box at 18000.00 pound which I just asked for the hell of it my local dealer to price one and it was A$80,000 each. makes it worth shopping around he,\.
