I've been searching since March and asking questions here, and you guys have saved me on a few bad choices, so here's hopefully the last one.
Looked at a 1994 Rinker Fiesta Vee 268 and test drove it and all seems well. Only issues were cabin padding could use reupholstered, couple small cracks in deck vinyl, and some cloudiness on the far bottom of the isenglass for the camper top. No hour meter but lots of receipts for repairs and upkeep from marina, including brand new Bravo 2 and prop 2 years ago.
Tomorrow going to test a 1998 Rinker Fiesta Cee 242. Under 400 hours and looks great in pics, also w full camper enclosure.
Either will get survey and compression test before making offer. Bithbhave 5.7L and Bravo drives.
Just wondering if there's anything specific w these models I should look for. I know condition is key on older boats, so just curious if you guys have any other suggestions. Thanks!
