Came on here in Dec and you guys were talking about Sea Foam and decarb. Blew you off.....but kept seeing yakin about it. My recently acquired used outboard was in need of a shot of something.<br /><br />Finally gave in and bought some. Put it in the OB and walla. Convinced it's good. <br /><br />Told you a couple of days ago that I dug out my chain saw, weed eater, garden tiller (20 lb 2 cycle), old 4 cycle 3.5 Briggs Lawnmower, and gave them all a going over which made them run like teenagers.<br /><br />Well today I had nothing to do so I dug out a couple of old weed eaters that I had retired because of crummy performance.<br /><br />Pulled the plugs and squirted the cylinders full of the Spray. Pulled them thru a few times. Shot the spark plugs full and wiped off the carbon. Put the plugs back in; same plugs, still wet. Gassed them up with 2 cycle oil mix with some in the fuel mixture (lots considering the recommended dosage).<br /><br />All 3 of those old guys started easily on the second or third pull and after the white smoke coughing and belching session, ran and restarted like tops. One even started without choking it and I don't remember the last time it was cranked.<br /><br />I'm 65 years old and never heard of this stuff until January and can't believe I've lived all my life without it.<br /><br />If you haven't tried it you are cheating yourself.<br /><br />What I need to do is to find out how to buy it in bulk as $7 a pint is a bit high....but what's money for the performance and rejuvenation of antiques......but I have 7 farm tractors that might benefit from it and I buy diesel by the 55 gallon drum?????????<br /><br />Mark<br /><br />I promise this is the last time I'll flaunt this stuff........I think......well, maybe.
