I figured you guys wouldn't be quite as harsh as the group of 8-balls I work with...so....Why hasn't someone written a manual for middle-aging ???
I'm at a point that it is frustrating. I'm in between pant sizes and have succumb to stretchy pants - Haggar Comfort line (and they are!). I don't have a 'beer belly' - seems the increase is around the haunches. I've been the same weight for the past 20 years too. I figure it's gravity (?).
I'm finding out about middle age the hard way. My chiropractor laughed when once I told him the bottom of my feet hurt. He said my arches were falling and it's a middle age thing...along with some other typical things (eyesight & reading). I just keep my mouth shut about now.
I am paying close attention to old-age maladies...the things happening to my parents, aunt, etc. so I have a clue when (and if) I get there. Nobody has told me about things that run in the family and the like.
Is there a "Middle Aging for Dummies" book out there?
Mods - doubtful you have control over thsi, but I just noticed there is no 'eek' post icon available.
